International Duties and Taxes

All our orders are shipped from the UK, so import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

  1. country/location of origin of the purchased product
  2. Local VAT rates
  3. Local import taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package - all you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.

If tax and duty prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:

“Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”

Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes and you will be provided with a guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).

Please note that should you decide NOT to prepay your tax and duties during checkout, any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control.

All international orders are tracked and signed for.
 
Please note, on very rare occasions UK Royal Mail deliveries can take up to 10 working days.

Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You can return it within 30 days. After 30 days you will not be able to access the returns portal for a prepaid label.

 

Our products are fragile. Please check for damages immediately. We can only replace items within the first 30 days after purchase.

 

International orders:

 All international orders are sent with the relevant documentation required by your country's import laws. You can return your order within 30 days if you are unhappy with your order. Please check your order immediately for damage, as we can only replace any broken items within 30 days of purchase.

 

If you refuse delivery of your order, the return costs will be deducted from your refund. The return costs are not deducted when your order is returned due to breakage or a quality issue. Your order cannot be cancelled once in transit.
