It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.
Yvonne Ellen cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can see regular updates on the progress of your order.

Returns period: Up to 21 days
Cost: If the item is faulty we will refund the delivery cost. Otherwise shipping fees are your responsibility (but please contact us before: firstname.lastname@example.org)
