DELIVERY & RETURNS

We are based in the U.K. We aim to ship within 2 working days of receiving your order.

UK DELIVERY – FREE OVER £50 

Will be delivered using Royal Mail, which will usually take up to 3 days. But in rare cases may take a little longer

Baskets below £50 will have a £5 carriage charge

Please note this is an untracked service.  

-Express: We also offer a tracked two-day service, which is £12- 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

FREE- Mainland Europe & USA, above £50  

Baskets below £50 will unfortunately incur an additional £12 charge

Orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail Standard Airmail or UPS. This should take between 5-7 working days but on rare occasions can take a bit longer (up to 21 working days)

We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, our delivery times are reliant on our couriers and we cannot be held responsible for any third-party delays to deliveries. Please note that during the Christmas period or in extreme weather conditions deliveries might take a little longer.

RETURNS

Yvonne Ellen allows you 21 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense (unless faulty).

We request that you send us the products by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain your responsibility.
