RETURNS

Returns period: Up to 21 days

Cost: If the item is faulty we will refund you the delivery cost, otherwise shipping fees are your responsibility (but please contact us before: tim@yvonneellen.com, we don't like unhappy customers!)

Until the item returns, the item is your responsibility which includes breakages.

We strongly advise using Royal Mail where possible with purchase insurance in case they damage of lose your items!
