Today I'm back with a quick and yummy treat to beat the heat, read on to create the affogato of dreams!
Firstly you'll either need to melt some chocolate in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl or grab a lil pot of nutella. Then spread the chocolate around the inside of your teacup or mug (p.s. I reckon it tastes better in an Yvonne Ellen one!) and be generous!
Then scoop some of your fave ice cream and fill a vertical half with it.
Add in your espresso...
Garnish with some pistachios and viola!
