Most of our teacups are made in our fabulous factory based in China who are experts at the fine bone china we are so well known for as well as the stunning colours and gold highlights. The same goes for all our other bone china tableware except for our vintage items - they're mostly made in England but as they are all sourced individually as and when I find them, I can't guarantee their country of origin.

We would LOVE to help our customers out with spare parts - we know how annoying it can be when you break something so beautiful - but unfortunately, it's not possible to provide this service. Not only would it be very costly, we'd struggle to convince our supplier to make spares unless we order thousands of them!

We ship all our worldwide orders (except for those destined for North America and Canada) from our warehouse in the UK. If you're anywhere in North America or Canada we ship from Ohio, USA.

If you live in the UK and select Express Delivery at checkout, all orders made Monday-Friday before 13:00 will be received the next working day while orders made Saturday and Sunday before 16:00 will be delivered the following Tuesday. For international delivery times, please check our DELIVERIES page for specifics and in all delivery instances, please remember that times are dependent on the postal service in your territory at time of ordering. Therefore, exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

It depends on which items you're taking about but I have to assume you'll be asking about our bone china tableware which is unfortunately not suitable for the dishwasher. This is because of the lovely gold rims and highlights which will not survive unless handwashed. You're best to always check the description on the specific item you are looking at purchasing to be 100% sure though.
